Shipping Policy

We take great pride in our products and strive to deliver in the best possible condition.  

Shipping Cost - We offer complimentary shipping for all orders.

Processing Time - Our cookies and bars are crafted to order and we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Our facility is in California and depending on the destination, we can ship on Wednesdays.  Our fruitcakes, however, are a different story - they are patiently matured in rum and ready to travel Monday through Friday.

Shipping Method - We partner with trusted carriers - Fedex, USPS and UPS to deliver your orders in 1-3 business days from the time of shipment.  However, once packages are handed off to the carrier, transit days is out of our control and there could be delays due to weather and high package volume during the holidays. 

Shipping Destination - We ship nationwide across the United States.

Tracking Information - Once the order ships, you will receive notification with the tracking number.

Address Accuracy - To ensure a seamless delivery, kindly confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
