Shipping Policy

We take great pride in our products and strive to deliver in the best possible condition.  

Shipping Cost - We offer complimentary shipping for all orders.

Processing Time - Cookies and bars are made to order and we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Our facility is in California and depending on the destination, we can ship on Wednesdays.  Fruitcakes are matured in rum and available to ship from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Method - We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your orders in 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days to Hawaii and Alaska from the time of shipment.  However, once packages are handed off to the carrier, transit days is out of our control and there could be delays due to weather and high package volume during the holidays. 

Shipping Destination - We ship nationwide but due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Information - Once the order ships, you will receive notification with the tracking number.

Address Accuracy - To ensure your order arrives on time without any hiccups, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Unfortunately, we’re not able to guarantee delivery for orders with incorrect addresses—but we’re happy to help if you need assistance updating your details!
